Refund and Replacements Policy
Due to how we source and ship our books, we're unable to accept returns for change of mind — but if anything arrives damaged or wrong, we'll make it right at no cost to you.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. If your book arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item. Please contact us immediately at wolfe@thewolfecollective.net within 14 days of delivery.
To expedite a free replacement copy or a refund, please include:
1) Order Number
2) A Clear photo of the damage or printing defect
Once verified, we will gladly arrange a brand-new copy to be shipped directly to you at zero additional cost. Please do not attempt to mail books back to our mailing address, as packages returned without authorization cannot be processed.
